    The program is designed for busy managers and requires approximately 2 hours per week, including implementation exercises. The goal isn't to give you more work. It's to help you work differently and create more time through better leadership.

    Yes. While many participants are new managers, the principles apply to leaders at all levels.   • Will this work if I manage a remote or hybrid team?

    All sessions are recorded, so you'll be able to catch up whenever it fits your schedule. If live sessions were included as part of the package, those will be recorded as well and uploaded on your portal so you can watch time anytime.
